Meet Joy Gibbs
Behind Atelier Dualité is founder Joy Gibbs — a future dentist with a deep love for healthcare and timeless feminine design.
After working in dental offices and stepping into the world of dental assisting throughout her journey, Joy realized something was missing from traditional medical wear.
Scrubs often felt uninspired — lacking elegance, adaptability, and comfort for the long demanding hours healthcare professionals experience every day.
From freezing operatories to warm summer commutes, she constantly wished for medical wear that could transition beautifully between environments while still feeling polished, flattering, and expressive.
